Hi gorgeous laydees of dance,
Just thought I'd post a link of my most recent performance, I'm getting into 'cab' again after fusioning around for quite a while. It's been a while so please feel free to let me know what you think of the piece, any feedback including some pointers for further 'de-fusion' are very welcome. Has anyone else been 'de-fusing' lately? If so, I would love to share experiences and get some helpful advice :-)

When I was a baby dancer (probably 7 years ago now?!) I went to my first ever 'NADA' event at a rather fancy fitness centre in Edinburgh, Scotland and remember seeing you dancing there, I thought you were so amazing and gorgeous :-)
I've just had a look at your profile and see that not only are you still gorgeous and amazing, but also incredibly funny! loving the bellylicious demo
